Kaid Commander 1.0 (RC 4.2): User interface updated. Japanese language translation by kikkoro. French language translation by Hunk. Converted jKaiUI.jar to a Mac OS X application bundle. Added jKaiUI.app icon. Fixed bug with NSApplication delegate not responding to "applicationShouldTerminateAfterLastWindowClosed:".
